Share Feedback About a Goal
Sharing feedback about a goal enables the users to understand their strengths and areas of development of their goals. Effective feedback encourages users to involve at work.
In this article, we have covered how can an employee, manager, and admin share feedback about a goal.

Employee to Share Feedback About a Goal
Employees can share feedback about goals that are assigned by them to others.
Note: Employees cannot share feedback about a goal that is owned by them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Assigned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Share Feedback.
Step 3: The employee can share feedback about the goal from the Share Feedback window.
Manager to Share Feedback About a Goal
Managers can share feedback about any goal of their direct reports.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Share Feedback.
Step 4: The manager can share feedback about the goal from the Share Feedback window.
Admin to Share Feedback About a Goal
Admins can share feedback about any goal in the organization, including individual and top level goals. They can share feedback about an individual goal from the Goal Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to share feedback about a top level goal OR Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to share feedback about an individual goal.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating sharing feedback about the top level goal.
Step 2: Click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Share Feedback.
Step 4: The admin can share feedback about the goal from the Share Feedback window.
Share Feedback About a Goal
- Type your feedback and select the feedback type.
- Select the feedback categories and the respective users to make the feedback visible to them.
- Click SHARE to share your feedback.
