Public Praise a Goal Owner
Praise is a feature that allows employees to give positive feedback to their colleagues or team members for their work or contributions. Praise is also used to promote a culture of appreciation and recognition within the organization, which can improve employee engagement, retention, and overall productivity.
This article walks through how can an employee, manager, and admin praise a goal.
Employee to Praise a Goal Owner

Employee to Praise on a Goal
Employees can praise any goal in the organization.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Assigned by Me.
Note: Employees cannot praise a goal that is owned by them.
Step 2: Click any of the goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Public Praise.
Step 4: Add the praise remarks, tag, and praise image from the praise window.
Managers to praise on a Goal
Managers can praise a goal owned by their direct reports. They can also praise any top-level goal or individual goal owners.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click on any of the goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Public Praise.
Step 4: Add the praise remarks, tag, and praise image from the praise window.
Admin to Praise on a Goal
Admin can praise any goal in the organization.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to praise a top level goal owner OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to praise an individual goal owner.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating praising the top level goal owner.
Step 2: Click any of the goals.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Public Praise.
Step 4: Add the praise remarks, tag, and praise image from the praise window.

- Add the praise remarks, tag, and praise image from the praise window.
- Click POST to share the praise on a goal.
