Delete a Goal
Users can delete a goal when the goal is no longer relevant or important. Deleting a goal may impact the progress of the dependent goal.
In this article, we have covered how an employee, manager, and admin can delete a goal.

Employee to Delete a Goal
Employees can delete any goal owned and assigned them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any goal.
Step 3: Click Delete In the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up to delete the goal.
Manager to Delete a Goal
Managers can delete any goal of their direct reports.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any goal.
Step 4: Click Delete In the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up to delete the goal.
Admin to Delete a Goal
Admins can delete any goal in the organization, including individual and top level goals.
They can delete an individual goal from the Goal Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to delete a top level goal OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to delete an individual goal.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating deleting the top level goal.
Step 2: Click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any goal.
Step 4: Click Delete In the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up to delete the goal.
