Delete a Key Result
Users can delete a key result when it is irrelevant or important to the parent goal. Deleting a key result may impact the progress of the parent goal.
This article covers how an employee, manager, and admin delete a key result.

Employee to Delete a Key Result
Employees can delete key results which are created by them.
Step 1: Navigate to Home > Goals > My Goals > Owned by Me.
Step 2: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any key result.
Step 3: Click Delete in the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up.
Manager to Delete a Key Result
Managers can delete any key result of their direct report goals.
Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Goals > My Team Goals.
Step 2: Select an employee and click any goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any key result.
Step 4: Click Delete in the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up.
Admin to Delete a Key Result
Admins can delete any key result of a goal in the organization, including individual and top level goals. They can delete an individual goal key result from the Goals Directory section.
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Goals > Top Level Goals to delete a top level goal key result OR
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Goals Directory to delete an individual goal key result.
Note: Here, we are demonstrating deleting the top level goal key result.
Step 2: Click a goal.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon and select Delete on any key result
Step 4: Click Delete in the "Confirm Deletion" pop-up.
