Post Public Praise

Praise is a feature that allows you to recognize and appreciate the efforts, contributions, and achievements of an employee. It is a way to acknowledge and show gratitude for a job well done, which can boost employee morale, motivation, and engagement.

To Praise an employee:

Step 1: Navigate to Teams > Feedback > Feedback wall/Praise Wall/Dashboard.
Step 2: Click PRAISE.

Step 3: In the "Public Praise" window, search and select the employee(s) whom you want to praise.
Step 4: Type your praise remarks and enter praise tags.

Step 5: Select the praise wallpaper from the "Picture Library," OR you can upload a file from "My Computer" if required.

Step 6: Upload a file if required and click POST.
