The engagement section gives the manager a detailed view of how the points are received and redeemed by their team members.

How do I view team members who have not received discretionary points?

• Inside the Engagement Widget, you can view the number of members who have not received discretionary points.
• The list of members will be visible below.
• Hovering over their image will let you give discretionary points instantly.
• Click on the (+12) icon to view more Members.
• The Information can be sorted by clicking the (90 days >  ).

Note: The user can sort the information based on (60,90,180 and 360) Days.
