The Resource Center provides a snapshot of information pertaining to an employee, that can be useful while filling a review form.
The Resource Center contains details such as:
- Profile information including department, competencies, date of joining, direct reports, tenure
- Goals added in the Engagedly Goals module and their progress details
- Past performance details
- Past Multi-rater (360 feedback) cycle details
- Feedback received
- Learning details and Certifications
- Other details such as Notes, Job Description, Documents, etc.
The Resource Center is easily accessible from the bottom of the page while filling a review form.
