Enable Notifications for your Organization

Step 1: Within the left navigation bar, select "Settings".

Step 2: Navigate to the "Notification Defaults" section.

Step 3: In the information popup, click on Enable.

You can Enable/Disable notifications for the following:

  • Groups
  • Performance
  • Goals
  • Multirater
  • Learning
  • Feedback
  • Survey
  • Rewards
    • You can enable/disable sending email notifications when a new badge is unlocked
  • Digest Emails
    • You can enable/disable sending digest emails notifying you about engagedly activities.
  • OnGoing Check-In
    • You can enable/disable sending email notifications when comments are added.
  • Praise
    • You can enable/disable the following notifications:
      • When anyone in the organization is praised. 
      • When there is any activity regarding the praise you received or shared. 
  • Social 
    • You can enable/disable the following notifications:
      • When a help request is shared with me.
      • When there is any activity regarding a help request I shared.
      • My comments on a help request are acknowledged.
      • When a new idea is shared.
      • When there is any activity regarding an idea you shared.
      • When knowledge is shared with me.
      • When there is any activity regarding knowledge I shared.
      • When a new post is shared.
      • When there is any activity regarding a post shared by you.
  • Birthday Alerts
    • You can enable/disable displaying birthday wishes on the public feed.
    • You can add recipients and set rules as to who can see the birthday alerts.
  • Work Anniversary Alerts
    • You can enable/disable displaying work anniversaries on the public feed.
    • You can add recipients and set rules as to who can see the work anniversary alerts.
