      Configure Feedback Visibility for Managers

      Step 1: Within the left navigation bar, select "Settings".

      Step 2: Navigate to the "Engagedly Apps > Feedback" section.

      Step 3: Click on the Settings tab.

      Step 4: Under the Visibility info tile, use the radio button to select between:

      • Always Visible - Feedback givers do not have the choice to manage feedback visibility for the direct manager and the skip level manager.
      • Giver's Choice - Feedback givers have the option of making feedback visible to managers or not.
      • Invisible - Feedback givers have the option of making feedback visible to the direct manager and the skip level manager or not.
