Edit a Feedback Category

Step 1: Within the left navigation bar, select "Settings".

Step 2: Navigate to the "Engagedly Apps > Feedback" section.

Step 3: Click on the Settings tab.

Step 4: Under Categories for feedback, click on Manage.

Step 5: Click the overflow menu next to the feedback category you want to edit.

Step 6: Click on Edit. You can edit the category details.

Step 7: Click Save to confirm the changes.
