A template consists of sections or questions based on which respondents give feedback to the employees. It provides reusability across cycles; the sections can be structured and customized as per your preference.
Here is how you create a template:
Step 1: Click Create.
Step 2: Enter the name of the template and click Next. Upon clicking next, the template will be created. You can now proceed to add and configure the sections.
Step 4: Select Yes if you wish to enable the competency section in the template. A Job Competency section will then be added to the template, which will pull up all the competencies associated with the employee's job title in their feedback form.
Step 5: Enter the section details and set the response preference to rate or comment. You can configure the rating from cycle settings.
Step 6: While adding sub-sections, click on Add from Competency Library to pull specific competencies and behaviours.
Step 7: You can add as many sections in the template as per your requirements by clicking Add Section.
Step 8: Save the template once all the sections are configured. To view how the template will look like during the feedback process, click Preview.
