You can nominate respondents on the employee's behalf. To manage the selection of respondents for all the employees:
- Go to the Manage Nominations section from the Overview page and select Manage.
- You will be directed to the Nominate Respondents page that displays all the employees added to the cycle.
- The quick add actions displayed when clicked will add all those users as respondents for all the employees in the cycle. These are usually: Managers, Skip Level Managers, etc.
You can also manage the nominations from the Manage > Process page. Just click on Manage Respondents.
