Other than adding respondents from the organization as nominees, you can add external reviewers such as clients, customers, etc.
Overview > Manage Nominations or Process > Manage Respondents
- This will take you to the Manage Nominations popup.
- Click on the add icon placed next to each employee. This will let you add respondents for that particular employee.
- Click on Add External Respondent.
- Fill in all the required fields and click Save.
- After you have added all the respondents including the external reviewer, click Done.
- As soon as the external respondent is added, a link will be generated that shall be shared with the external respondent to access the feedback form.
