Step 1: Nomination Start Date: Only when the review cycle reaches the start date, nominators can begin the nomination process. It is the same as the cycle start date.
Step 2: Nomination End Date: If it is an employee or manager nominated cycle, nominations can not be made post the end date for the employee or manager. However, the HR/ Admin can nominate beyond this date.
Step 3: Recommended no. of respondent nominations for each employee: This is the preferred limit of respondents that should be nominated to give feedback. However, the users can nominate more than the recommended number.
Step 4:Set a start date for respondents to give feedback: The respondents will be able to give feedback only on and after this date. If no date is set, the respondents can start filling the form immediately upon nomination.
Step 5: Assigning Review Templates
Step 6: Allow respondents to choose their relationship with the employees: Self, Manager, and Others are relationships that you can not edit or delete. You can give more relationship options to respondents by adding more. If this setting is disabled, the relationship will be auto-detected for respondents.
Step 7: Set a date to share feedback report: The report will be made available to the employee or manager on the decided date. If the date is not set, users can view the report after the cycle is ended.
