Add Redemption Location
Employees can use earned reward points to redeem gift cards available in the redemption location/country. Countries have different currencies, and country-specific redemption locations allow smoother currency conversion and management. Employees can redeem rewards in their local currency, ensuring a more seamless experience.
Admins can add multiple redemption locations to allow the employees to redeem their reward points per their location.
To add redemption location:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Rewards > Manage Redemption and click Add Location.
Step 2: Search and select your location and enter the number of points to convert to the relevant currency (Example: 10 reward points = 1 USD).
Note: If your organization operates across multiple countries, it is mandatory to have a separate redemption plan for each location/country.
Step 3: Search and select the organization location(s) and click ADD.
