Navigation: Admin > Performance > Cycles
- Click Manage reviews.
- Click on Actions and select this option.
- Select the relevant users and click Unassign.
Once you unassign the current template and assign the revised template. This will wipe out the inputs provided by the employee and the manager. Hence the employee and the manager should take a PDF copy of the template before you unassign the template.
