I want to update the user details of employees in my organization. Is there any way to do it in one go?

Yes, you can do it in one go. In the excel sheet that you used to add users to Engagedly, add all user details you want to update. Then go to Import Users in the Settings page. Upload the file which contains the details of the employees. Once you click on the Upload button, there will be a little check mark that says ‘Update Existing Users’. Check that and click on Import. This way, only the new user details will be updated.
