What if I submit the survey without finishing it?

Surveys are only marked as mandatory so that they can be classified as Expired, Pending, or Completed. If you submit a survey without completing it, you will not be able to take the survey again. 

Note: Surveys will only be submitted without any responses when the responses aren't marked as mandatory by the survey creator.
