Delta

Delta is the difference between the Favorability score of Question or Theme and the Baseline of Question or Theme.

For instance,

1. Baseline = 50

Favorability score of question = 75

Delta = 75 - 50 = +25 (Shade of green)

2. Baseline = 50

Favorability score of question = 25

Delta = 25 - 50 = -25 (Shade of red)

The range for favorability score of question, theme, and baseline is from 0 to 100 and hence the range of delta will be from (0 - baseline) to (100 - baseline) where 0 would act as median represented below,

 Use Case

On hovering over a cell, the original favorability score is shown.

1. Greener cells represent that an organization has a favorability score much more than the baseline resulting in a +ve delta.
2. Redder the cell represents that an organization has a favorability score much less than the baseline resulting in a -ve delta.
3. The median value of 0 would be white, indicating that the unit has engagement level change compared to the baseline. Heatmap tiles can be exported as PNG.
