Cycle Information
1. Enter the following details:
- Cycle Name and Description.
- Cycle Start and End date: This is the duration within which the feedback process will take place.
- 360 Feedback Period: This is the period for which the feedback is collected for each employee. For example, a 360 cycle is set up to review the employees for the last quarter. Enter the start and end date of that quarter so the respondents know for which period the feedback should be about.
2. Advanced Settings:
- Click View to access Advanced Settings.
- Define Instructions to be followed when respondents give feedback:
- You can give a set of instructions to be followed by the respondents while giving the feedback.
- Mark as selected to enable this section in the feedback form.
- This section is visible on the top of the feedback form if enabled.
- Include the 'How do I read this report' section in the feedback reports:
- This section is visible to the employees when they receive their feedback report at the end of the feedback process.
- Mark as selected to enable this section in the feedback form.
- You can brief the employees on how to read the report by informing them about difficult-to-understand terms in the feedback report, such as Potential Blindspots, Hidden Strengths, etc.
3. Click Next on the top right corner of the screen to head over to the next section.
