Notifications

This section displays the timeline of the 360 feedback process based on the dates set in other sections. Also, you can control all the notifications related to the feedback cycle here.

Setting notifications for different roles:

• Nominator

• • Notify nominator when respondent declines: It notifies the nominator when their feedback request is declined by the respondent.

• Employee

  • Notify employees when respondents submit feedback.

  • Notify the employees when the manager modifies their respondents.
  • Notify the employees when HR modifies their respondents.

• HR

  • Notify HR to finalize their nominations.

• Manager
  • Notify managers when recommended no. of respondent nominations for a single team member is complete.
  • Notify managers when recommended no. of respondent nominations for all team members is complete.
  • Remind Managers to finalize their nominations.

• Respondent

  • Remind respondents to submit their feedback by (date).
