Create a Survey

Only admins can give other users permission to create and manage surveys. Check if you have Surveys visible to you in the Manage tab. If not, contact your admin to get access.

1. Once permitted, you can create and manage surveys by clicking Manage from the left navigation panel. Next, click on Surveys.

2. Click Create to create a new survey.
