As a manager, you can assign courses to your direct reports and the members below them.
Navigation: Teams > Learning > Library
1. Click on any course that you want to assign.
2. Click Assign and select Assign to Members.
3. Select My Team to assign a course to your direct reports. Select My Entire Team to assign a course to your direct reports and members below them. Mark the respective employees as selected and click Next.
4. Select No Due Date to assign a course with an indefinite due date. Select Due Date to set up a final date for course completion. Select Send Reminder Notification to nudge the learners for course completion. Click Assign to complete assigning the course.
Note: Employees can take the course even after it passes the due date.
