How does question randomization work in team pulse?

Team Pulse allows admins to configure the maximum number of questions sent to employees each week. When the number of available questions exceeds this limit, the system automatically applies randomization.

Each week, the system randomly selects questions from the available pool and sends them to employees until the configured maximum limit is reached.

Example:

Total questions available: 10
Maximum questions per week: 5

Each week, the system randomly selects 5 questions from the 10 available questions.

ℹ️Additional information:

Pinned questions are not randomized. They are always included in the weekly pulse.
If there are specific questions that must appear in every pulse, you can pin them. Pinned questions are not randomized and are always included in the weekly pulse.
If the total number of questions is equal to or less than the weekly limit, all questions are sent, and randomization does not apply.
