IDP Reports For Admins

The IDP reports provide an overview of the individual development plans (IDPs) within an organization. The reports typically include information on the total number of IDPs created, the number of members without active IDP, the number of members who never had IDP, and the average completion time of IDPs.

The created vs completed graph in the IDP reports provide a visual representation of the progress of IDPs within the organization. The graph typically displays the total number of IDPs created over a specified period, as well as the number of IDPs that have been completed.

Admins can also view the reports of competencies and skills linked to the most IDPs.
