Import courses from integrated learning applications

Admins and learning managers can import courses from Engagedly Academy and other integrated learning applications, such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, BizLibrary, Go1, and OpenSesame. Only admins can integrate applications.

📒Note: By default, Engagedly Academy is available at no additional cost. Contact our support team to enable it for your organization.

Prerequisites
  1. Contact our support team to enable the integration of the learning application your organization wants to use.
  2. After the integration is enabled, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  3. Scroll down to the “Learning Providers” section and click the required application to enable it. Learn more in Overview of integrations.

📒Note: Follow the same steps to enable any other integrated application.

Import an individual course

Navigate to Apps > Learning > Author.

  1. Click Add at the top right.
  2. Select the integrated learning application.

     3.  Browse through a list of courses that contains the course name, description, duration, author, and level.

     4.  Search and filter courses by:

  • Status: Not imported, imported. (available for all providers)
  • Difficulty: Beginner, intermediate, expert (availability depends on the provider)
  • Language (availability depends on the provider)

     5.  Hover over a course, click Import Course, and then click Import to confirm.

Bulk import courses

  1. Enable Select all at the top left or select courses manually.

View the selected number of courses at the top left.

     2.  Click Import Selection at the top right and then click Import to confirm.

After importing, assign courses to learners.

📒Note: Authors can mark imported courses as compliance and import learners for them. Course progress is not tracked by Engagedly, as it is managed by the external learning application.
