Inactivate a workflow

Admins can inactivate a workflow to stop it from triggering. The workflow is retained and you can reactivate it at any time.

Navigate to Apps > Workflow > Workflows.

  1. Locate the workflow you want to inactivate.
  2. On the workflow card, click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu.
  3. Select Mark as Inactive.
  4. Click Mark Inactive to confirm.

📒Note: Inactivating a workflow unregisters any active scheduled triggers and prevents new workflow runs from being queued.

To resume workflow execution, refer to Activate a workflow.
