Overview of the Engagedly homepage

1. Introduction
The Engagedly homepage is your central dashboard, giving you quick access to key information and features. After logging in, you are welcomed with a personalized view highlighting your profile details, earned points, and badges. From here, you can navigate to your profile, update account settings, manage integrations, and customize preferences to suit your needs.
2. Homepage
Customize your homepage (landing page) by selecting the dashboard, social feed, or intranet as your default view. Learn more about customizing your preferences.

Your profile picture and name appear at the top.

Your points and badges appear on the right.
Click Points to view details of the points you have received.
Click Badges to view details of the badges you have earned.
At the top right:
- Click the Speaker
icon to stay updated on the latest developments and new features in Engagedly. - Click the Question
Mark to contact our support team, access Engagedly resources, and the knowledge base. - Click the Plus
icon for quick actions, such as posting, praising, adding goals, sharing or requesting feedback, making quick notes, and awarding points or awarding badges without leaving the homepage. - Click the Bell
icon to view in-app notifications for pending actions and other organizational activity. - Click Ask Marissa to connect with Engagedly’s AI assistant. Learn more about Marissa AI.

The homepage also displays key options on the left: Dashboard, Intranet, Tasks, and Resources. Learn more about the homepage features. If you are a manager, your team members are listed below these options.
3. Left navigation menu
The left navigation menu stays visible across all pages, giving you easy access to the following features:
Home: Access your homepage.
Connect: Includes social feed, groups, and suggestions, so you can connect with people within the organization.
- Feed: Post updates, share ideas, ask for help, and view posts from others.
- Groups: Create or join groups within your organization.
- Suggestions: Share and view suggestions across the organization.
People: Explore the organizational hierarchy and view employees' work profiles by business unit, department, and location.
Store: Redeem points, access redemption history, and view custom rewards.
📒Note: Admins must enable custom rewards and Tango for these to appear in “Store”.
💡Tip: Admins must map Tango locations so employees can view Tango for their respective location.
Apps: A centralized hub for Engagedly applications, based on your subscription.
Analytics: Available to admins only to view statistical data across all Engagedly apps (subject to subscription).
Settings: Available to admins only, for configuring app-specific settings.
📒Note: Employees with specific permissions for certain apps may also access relevant settings.
