Introduction to Butterfly EI

Butterfly EI is Engagedly’s employee engagement and continuous listening application. It helps organizations gather frequent, anonymous employee feedback, understand workforce sentiment, and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.

Butterfly EI provides a range of survey types and feedback tools to help organizations gather employee feedback at different stages of the employee lifecycle. You can use Pulse surveys to monitor engagement regularly, Instant Feedback to gather input on specific topics, Nurture surveys to capture feedback at key employee lifecycle milestones, Yearly surveys for comprehensive engagement assessments, and Exit Surveys to understand employees’ experiences when they leave the organization.

Survey results are anonymous, except for Exit Surveys. You can also gather additional feedback through follow-up feedback surveys and continue conversations by replying to comments.

Butterfly EI also supports multiple ways to deliver surveys, including email, SMS, mobile devices, and kiosk links. Kiosk links provide an alternative way for frontline employees who may not have access to email to participate in surveys. You can distribute kiosk links through methods that work best for your workforce, such as QR codes or shared devices.
