Lock Performance Review
When a performance review is locked, it means that the review has been finalized and no further changes or actions can be made to the review by the employee or the manager. This is done to ensure the integrity of the review process and to prevent changes with the review.
Lock individual Employees Review
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles
Step 2: Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.
Step 3: Under the "Lock Status" column, hover over the lock status of the employee and click the Lock Icon.
Step 5: You can lock the review by clicking Overflow Menu


Lock Multiple Employees Review
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles
Step 2:Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.

Step 4: In the "Actions" window, select Lock under "Review Lock Status" and click SELECT.

Step 5: Select the employees and click LOCK.

Step 6: Select Send Notification checkbox and click LOCK to notify the employees when the review is locked.
