Manage additional points allocation

Allocate additional points to individual employees in case of specific or individual allocation needs, enabling them to award others for custom rewards or ad-hoc recognition.

Navigate to Apps > Rewards > Settings.

  1. Scroll down to Points Budget.
  2. Under “Budget”, click Manage Additional Points.

     3.   Enter the values for each employee as required.

     4.   Click Save at the top right.

The system auto-calculates the total allocated points and estimated cost based on your configuration. To learn more about the calculation, refer to Understand the cost of points.
