Manage an existing pulse variant

After creating a variant, admins and survey managers can edit it as required.

Navigate to Apps > Butterfly EI > Pulse.

  1. On the right side of a variant, use the available options to manage the pulse:
    • Click the Settings Settings-1 icon to edit a pulse. After making your changes, click Update to save them.
    • Click the Delete Delete Grey icon to delete the pulse, then click Delete to confirm.
    • Use the toggle to pause or activate the variant.
    • Click + Add Variant to include additional variants to the pulse. For more information, refer to Set up a pulse variant.

ℹ️Additional information:

  • Deleting a variant does not remove its existing results. You can still access them, but upcoming pulses do not include the deleted variant.
  • Turning off a pulse variant does not affect surveys that are already sent. They remain open and continue as normal.
  • Turning off a pulse variant also prevents the variant from being sent in future scheduled surveys.
