Manage goal weights

Assign weightage to key results so each one contributes proportionally to the goal's overall progress. The goal creator, assigner, or owner can manage goal weights.

📒Note: The “Manage Weights” option is available only when a goal contains at least two key results or contributing goals.

Navigate to Apps > Goals.

Open the goal you want to manage.
Click the Overflow Menu at the top right of a goal.
Select Manage Weights.

4. Select Enable Weightage for this goal to enable manual weight distribution.

5. Enter a weight for each key result. Ensure the total equals 100%.

6. (Optional) Click Distribute Remaining to automatically assign the remaining percentage across the unweighted key results.

7. Click Save.

ℹ️Additional information:

You can manage weights only for goals that use “Percentage” or “Quantity” as the measurement type with “Increase to” or “Decrease to” measurement logic.
Weightages apply only to key results. If you do not assign them manually, the system distributes the weight equally across all key results.
If the goal and its key results use different measurement types or measurement logic, the overall goal progress updates only after all key results are completed.
