What you can do after adding members to a talent pool

Admins manage the talent pool after adding members. They assign actions that support succession planning and employee development. These actions help track critical roles, prepare successors, and align employees with growth opportunities.

Navigate to Apps > Talent Mobility > Talent Pool.

  1. Locate the member in the grid.
  2. In the “Actions” column, click the Plus Add them to pipeline icon to add the member to a pipeline.
  3. In the “Actions” column, click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the right to view additional actions.
  4. Select one of the following as required:
    • Mark as Successor: Designate the member as a potential successor.
    • Mark Critical: Flag the member as critical for succession planning.
    • Schedule Meeting: Set up a meeting with the employee.
    • Assign Learnings: Allocate learning programs or courses.
    • Add IDP: Assign an Individual Development Plan.
    • Remove from pool: Delete the member from the talent pool.

     5.   Click the Download undefined-May-02-2026-04-00-38-6498-PM icon at the top right to export the talent pool list with all member details containing all member details for offline review, reporting, or data analysis.
