# Manage ongoing 360 feedback reviews

From the “Overview” page, track the progress of an ongoing 360 feedback cycle and manage review activities, such as reviewing the status of participants, template assignments, reviewer nominations, and reports. Then open a cycle to manage reviewees, assign templates, nominate reviewers, monitor feedback progress, or access reports.

Admins, managers, and employees with the "Manage multirater reviews" permission can access the overview page. Admins can manage reviews for all employees, while managers can manage reviews only for their direct reports only when admins configure the managerial actions for the cycle.

### **Manage reviews**

Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback \> Overview**.

**Admins:** In the left navigation menu, open the drop-down and select **My Org**.

**Managers:** In the left navigation menu, open the drop-down and select a team.

#### **Sections on the overview page**

Each cycle card provides quick access to different tabs and actions for that cycle. Depending on the cycle status, you can manage participants, templates, reviewers, reports, and cycle settings.

- Under the “Ongoing Reviews” section, click a cycle card or click **Manage** to open the relevant tab based on the cycle progress.
- Under the “Completed Reviews” section, hover over the cycle card and click **Reports** to view the reports.

### **Manage ongoing 360 feedback reviews for direct reports**

During cycle configuration, if admins allow managers to assign templates to their team and add respondents, managers can:

- Assign or unassign templates: Refer to Assign and manage 360 feedback templates.
- Nominate or remove reviewers: Refer to Nominate reviewers for participants in a 360 feedback cycle.
- Nudge reviewers: Refer to Nudge your direct reports and their respondents for 360 feedback.
- View reports: Refer to Export 360 feedback reports.

**📒Note:** By default, managers can lock or unlock feedback for their direct reports and export their reports (only after admins share the reports).
