Locate the cycle you want to manage. 2. Click **Manage** on the right side of a cycle. 3. Open the **Dashboard** tab. #### **Filter by groups** In the "Dashboard" tab, use the “Group By” filter (located next to “ACTIONS”) to switch between the following views: - **Employees:** Lists each reviewee with their feedback status and report access. Expand a row to view their respondents. - **Respondents:** Lists each respondent and the number of employees assigned to them, grouped by feedback status. Click **MANAGE PARTICIPANTS** and select **Add**. 2. Open the drop-down at the top right and select one of the following: - - **All:** All employees are added reviewees. - **Managers:** Only managers are added as reviewees. - **Individual Contributes**: Individual contributors are employees who contribute through their individual work and do not manage direct reports. ![Manage participants in the 360 feedback dashboard3](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Manage%20participants%20in%20the%20360%20feedback%20dashboard3.jpg?width=670&height=323&name=Manage%20participants%20in%20the%20360%20feedback%20dashboard3.jpg)      4.   Select all participants or specific participants and click **ADD** at the top right.      5.   Click **ADD** again to confirm. You can also add participants from the “Add Reviewees” tab. For more information, refer to [Add reviewees to a 360 feedback cycle](https://help.engagedly.com/add-reviewees-to-a-360-feedback-cycle?hsLang=en). #### **Remove participants** Remove a participant when they should no longer be part of the cycle. 1. Click **MANAGE PARTICIPANTS** and select **Remove**. 2. Select all participants or specific participants and click **REMOVE** at the top right. 3. Click **DELETE** again to confirm. **⚠️Warning:** Removing participants deletes their feedback progress. #### **Nominate respondents** When default nominations are enabled during cycle configuration, the system automatically adds respondents for employees, including their managers, peers, and direct reports (if applicable). You can also nominate internal and external respondents from the “Nominate Reviewers” tab. 1. Click **MANAGE PARTICIPANTS** and select **Nominate**. You are directed to the “MANAGE NOMINATIONS” page, where you can perform multiple actions: add internal and external respondents, remove respondents, import and export reviewers, and remove reviewees. For more information, Nominate reviewers in a 360 feedback cycle. #### **Import participants** Add a large number of participants (reviewees or reviewers) at once via a spreadsheet template. 1. Click **MANAGE PARTICIPANTS** and select **Import**. 2. Click the **Download ![undefined-May-02-2026-04-00-38-6498-PM](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-May-02-2026-04-00-38-6498-PM.png?width=20&height=20&name=undefined-May-02-2026-04-00-38-6498-PM.png)**icon to download the template. 3. Open the downloaded template, enter the necessary details, and save the file. 4. Return to Engagedly. 5. Click **UPLOAD**, select the saved template, and then click **NEXT**. **⚠️Warning:** Deleting any column causes the template upload to fail. **📒Note:** Before downloading the template, enable the “Populate respondents based on relationship” option to automatically assign reviewers based on their predefined relationships with reviewees. You can also select the relationship if you enable this option. ### **Manage templates** You can perform template management actions from the different navigations. #### **Assign a template** After adding participants to a 360 feedback cycle, assign templates to initiate the feedback process. ##### **Option 1: Assign a template for multiple participants** Perform bulk actions for all participants at once to assign a template. 1. Open the **Dashboard** tab. 2. Click **ACTIONS** on the right. 3. Close after the preview.      7.   Select a template and click **SELECT** to confirm. ##### **Option 2: Assign a template for individual participant** You can also assign a template to individual participants when required. 1. Open the **Dashboard** tab. 2. Close after the preview.      5.   Select a template and click **SELECT** to confirm. ##### **Option 3: Assign a template for individual participant** 1. Close after the preview.      3.   Select a template and click **SELECT** to confirm. #### **Unassign a template** After assigning, unassign a template when required. **⚠️Warning:** Unassigning a template deletes the feedback progress. ##### **Option 1: Unassign a template for multiple participants** 1. Open the **Dashboard** tab. 2. Click **ACTIONS** on the right. 3. Open the **Dashboard** tab. 2. Open the **Dashboard** tab. 2. In the “Template Status” column, hover over the **Assigned** template. 3.
