Manage Review Visibility

Enabling the review visibility in performance is a necessary step to ensure that the manager review is visible to employees. This process involves manually enabling the setting that allows employees to view their performance reviews.

Note: If the option "Make manager review visible to employees immediately upon submission" is enabled under cycle settings, then the review will become visible to employees as soon as the managers or skip level managers (if enabled) submit their reviews. 

Enable Individual Employee Review Visibility

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles

Step 2: Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.

Step 3: Under the "Visibility Settings" column, hover over the review visibility status of the employee and click edit icon Icon.

Step 4: Select Send Notification checkbox and click ENABLE to notify the employee when the review visibility is enabled.
Step 5: You can also enable review visibility by clicking the Overflow Menu Overflow Menu-3 Icon and selecting Enable Review Visibility next to the employee.

Enable Multiple Employees Review Visibility

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles

Step 2: Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.

Step 3: Click ACTIONS under the "Process tab to enable multiple employees' review visibility.

Step 4: Select Enable under "Allow Employees to View Manager's Review" in the "Actions" window.

Step 5: Select the employees and click SHOW.

Step 6: Select Send Notification and click ENABLE to notify the employees when the review visibility is enabled.
