My 360 feedback dashboard

The “My 360 Feedback” page provides admins, managers, and employees a single place to view and access all 360 feedback cycles in which they are involved. It shows the actions required during an ongoing cycle and provides access to completed feedback for reference.

📒Note: Cycle settings determine all actions available on this page.

Navigate to Apps > 360 Feedback > My 360 Feedback.

Ongoing reviews

Displays your active feedback cycle and the actions you must complete.

If you are a participant in the cycle, view the following options based on the cycle configuration:

  • Request feedback from others: Request feedback from colleagues before the nomination closes.
  • Give feedback to others: Volunteer to provide feedback before the nomination closes.
  • Self review: Complete your self-assessment.
  • Review others: Submit feedback for colleagues who nominated you. Displays the number of submissions pending.

Click Request, Nominate Self, Start Review, and View Requests on the right to complete each task.

📒Note: You can decline feedback requests if your organization allows you to do so.

Refer to the Submit 360 feedback review to learn more about completing the review.

Completed reviews

Lists all feedback cycles you completed. It helps you revisit your reports and review the feedback you previously provided.

  • Hover over “Your Report” and click Show report to view your report.
  • Click View List to access the feedback you gave to others.
