Nudge Employees and Managers to Complete the Performance Review

An Employee and Manager Performance Review is a process in which an employee's work performance is evaluated and discussed with their manager. Nudging is a reminder sent to employees and managers to ensure the review process is completed. Nudging can help keep the review process on track and ensure everyone completes it within the specified timeframe.

To nudge employees to complete the performance review:

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Dashboard.

Step 2: Click Manage next to the cycle.

NUDGE EMPLOYEES2Step 4: The "Statistics" window opens with system generated nudge subject and message. If required, you can edit the subject and message.

Step 5: Click Nudge to nudge the employees.

To nudge reviewers to complete the performance review:
