Nudge Members, Business Units, and Departments without Goals
Admins can nudge Members, Business Units, and Departments admins without Goals. All members and their respective managers, business units, and department admins will be notified to create the individual, business unit, and department Goals.
Nudge Members without Goals
You can nudge members without Goals to create individual Goals for themselves. You can also nudge their respective managers to create and assign Goals for their direct reports.
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Status Distribution widget and click Nudge under Members Without Goals.
- Hover over any employee and click Nudge. To nudge all employees without Goals at once, click Nudge at the top.
- Select whom you want to nudge, type your message, and click Nudge.
Note: You can nudge both the employees and their respective managers.
Nudge Business Units without Goals
You can nudge Business Unit admins without Goals to remind them to create Goals for their Business Units.
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Business Unit Goals widget and click Nudge under Without Top Level Goals.
- Hover over any Business Unit and click Nudge. To nudge all business unit admins without Goals at once, click Nudge at the top.
- Type your message and click Nudge.
Nudge Departments without Goals
You can nudge Department admins without Goals to remind them to create Goals for their Departments.
Navigate to Admin > Goals > Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Department Goals widget and click Nudge under Without Top Level Goals.
- Hover over any Department and click Nudge. To nudge all department admins without Goals at once, click Nudge at the top.
- Type your message and click Nudge.
