Outlook Integration Setup
Outlook integration allows the employee to access Engagedly while using Outlook.
Using this integration the employee can perform the below actions:
- Share feedback
- Request feedback
- Update your goal
- Ongoing Check-in
- Public praise
Prerequisites
Prerequisites for using the Outlook integration:

Access to the Engagedly platform.

The user must be on Outlook and Engagedly with the same Email ID.
Enable Outlook with Engagedly
Navigate to Outlook > Home > Get Add-ins
Step 1: Open the Outlook Desktop App and click Get Add-ins option on the Home page.
Step 2: Go to My Add-ins page and scroll down to find the option+ Add a custom add-in.
Step 3: Click Add from file and add the menifest.xml file.
Note: You can download menifest.xml file from https://engagedly.com/chatbot-outlook
Step 4: Once added, you will see the Engagedly Add-in appearing on the Home page. Click Engagedly icon and it will open up the Bot window.
Step 5: Type Hi and press Enter.
Step 6: Click Login.
Step 7: Provide your subdomain and click Next.
Step 8: Provide your credentials to log in to your Engagedly account.
Step 9: Your Engagedly account will be authenticated. Please close the tab and go back to Outlook.
Step 10: Type Hi again and press Enter.
Step 11: The Bot will open and present you with different options.
