Overview of 360 feedback reviews

Admins and individuals with “Manage multirater reviews” permission can track 360 feedback reviews for the entire organization. Learn more about Roles and permissions.

Managers can track reviews for their respective teams.

Navigate to Apps > 360 feedback > Overview.

If you are an admin or have the “Manage multirater reviews” permission, select My Org from the drop-down.

If you are a manager, select a team from the drop-down.

In the “Ongoing Reviews” section:

  • Click a cycle card to open its respective tab.
  • Click Manage to open the “Reports” tab.

In the “Completed Reviews” section:

  • Click Reports to open the “Reports” tab.

Admins can also navigate to other tabs to perform additional actions.

Manager actions

During cycle configuration, if admins allow managers to assign templates to their team and add respondents, managers can:

  • Assign or unassign a template
  • Add, nominate, or remove reviewers

By default, managers can lock feedback for their direct reports and export their reports (only after admins share the reports).
