Preview your pulse

Admins and survey managers can preview pulses.

You can preview a pulse and its selected variants whenever you need to. We recommend previewing the pulse after setting it up to see how it appears to employees and make sure everything is configured correctly before sending it to respondents.

Navigate to Apps → Butterfly EI → Pulse.

On the right, in the preview section:

  1. Open the drop-down and select a delivery channel: SMS or Email.
  2. Enter the phone number if you selected SMS, or enter the email address if you selected Email.
  3. Select a language.
  4. Click Send A Preview to receive the preview through the selected delivery channel.
  5. (Optional) Click View Preview In Browser to view the pulse in your browser.

You can respond to the preview to experience how respondents interact with the pulse.

📒Note: Contact the support team to enable delivery channels such as SMS or Kiosk for your organization. Email is available by default.
