Rollback Performance Review

Allowing employees to make changes to the review they submitted can be a useful approach for ensuring that the review accurately reflects their performance.

Admins can roll back reviews submitted by employees, reviewers, HR, and skip-level managers. This will allow them to modify and resubmit the reviews.  Rolling back the review will change the status to 'In Progress'.

Rollback Individual User Review

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles

Step 2: Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.

Step 3: Under the Employee, Reviewer, HR, or Skip Level Manager review status column, hover over and click  Rollback Review  Icon.

Step 4: Select Send Notification checkbox and click ROLLBACK to notify the employee when the review is rolled-back.
Step 5: You can also roll back employee reviews by clicking the Overflow Menu Overflow Menu-3 Icon and selecting Rollback Employee next to the employee.

Rollback Multiple Users Review

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Performance > Cycles

Step 2: Click MANAGE next to cycle to perform the action.

Step 3: Click ACTIONS under the "Process" tab to rollback multiple employee review.

Step 4: You can rollback multiple reviews submitted by employees, reviewers, HRs, and Skip-level Managers.
Step 5: In the "Actions" window, select whom you want to rollback reviews under "Rollback for" and click SELECT.

Step 6: Select the employees and click ROLLBACK.
