      Kickoff Email for Growth IDP

       A kickoff email refers to an introductory email sent to initiate and formally launch the growth module and IDP process for an individual or a group of individuals. It ensures that the individuals are well-informed, and ready to actively participate in their own growth and development.

      To send the kickoff email:

      Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Growth.

      Step 2: Select Send Notification to customize and send the kickoff email.

      1newStep 4: Set the launch mail date and click Launch to launch the mail to all the employees on the selected date.
