# Submit 360 feedback for others

If employees are nominated as respondents, they can provide feedback for their colleagues.

Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback \> My 360 Feedback**.

1. Under “Ongoing Reviews”, click **View Requests**.  
   The number of pending review submissions appears.

      2.   Hover over a participant and do one of the following:

- - Start a review
    - Edit a review
    - Decline a review

### **Start a review**

1. Hover over a participant and click **Start**.
2. If you review multiple employees in the same cycle, click **Show** at the top right of the feedback form to view the list of reviewees.
3. Click a reviewee name to open the 360 feedback form.
4. Based on the cycle settings, if your relationship with the reviewee is self, manager, or peer, the system assigns the relationship automatically.
5. If your relationship is other, open the drop-down and select the appropriate relationship.
6. Enter your responses.
7. At the top right, do one of the following:

- - Click **SAVE** to save your responses and continue later.
    - Click **SUBMIT** to submit your feedback.

     8.   If you click **SUBMIT**, click **YES** to confirm.

### **Edit your response**

You can edit your submitted feedback until the review cycle ends or until a manager or admin locks the feedback, whichever occurs earlier.

Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback \> My 360 Feedback**.

1. Under “Ongoing Reviews”, locate the cycle.
2. Do one of the following:

- - If you submitted feedback for one employee, click **View** to open the review form.
    - If you submitted feedback for multiple submissions, click **View** **Requests**, hover over the participant and click **View** to open the review form.

     3.   Click **EDIT** at the top right.

     4.   Click **CONTINUE** to confirm.

     5.   Modify your ratings and comments.

     6.   At the top right, do one of the following:

- - Click **SAVE** to save your responses and continue later.
    - Click **SUBMIT** to submit your feedback.

     7.   If you click **SUBMIT**, click **YES** to confirm.

**📒Note:** You cannot edit the review after the feedback is locked or after the submission due date passes.

### **Decline a review**

If admins enable review decline, you can decline 360 feedback requests.

Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback \> My 360 Feedback**.

1. Under “Ongoing Reviews”, locate the cycle.
2. Do one of the following:

- - If you submitted feedback for one employee, click **View** to open the review form.
    - If you submitted feedback for multiple submissions, click **View** **Requests** and hover over the participant.

     3.   Click **Decline**.

     4.   Enter the reason for declining and click **SAVE**.

**📒Note:** If declining reviews is disabled, the “Decline” option does not appear.
