Submit your aspired role

Submitting an aspired role helps employees receive personalized development plans aligned with their career goals.

It enables you to identify skill gaps, enroll in relevant learning programs, and create targeted Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to advance in your desired career path.

How to submit

Navigate to Apps > Growth > My Growth Hub.

1. Click Submit now.

     2.  Open the drop-down, select an aspired role, and click Save.

Explore career paths

Once approved, you can explore the career path to view:

• Technical progression from your current role.
• Required skills and competencies to achieve the aspired role.

Edit your aspired role

You can edit your aspired role at any time.

1. Hover over the aspired role and click the Edit icon.

     2.  Select a desired role and click Save.

Check skill and competency gaps

After submitting your aspired role:

1. Open the drop-down in “Skills Snapshot” or “Competencies Snapshot”.
2. Select Aspired role to view gaps.

You can bridge skills and competency gaps by adding relevant IDPs and enrolling in recommended learning to achieve your aspired role.
