Submit survey responses
Employees receive an email notification on the start date of the survey and are encouraged to submit their responses. Feedback helps the organization gather insights, understand employee perspectives, and make informed decisions.
Access the survey
Once the survey begins, you may receive notifications on your dashboard, in-app, or by email.
Access and respond to the survey in any of the following ways:
- Email notification: Open the email notification and click Respond Now. This redirects you to the Engagedly app.
Log in with your email address and password, then follow the steps in the next section to submit your survey responses. - Homepage: On the homepage, click Start under “Pending Actions”.
- In-app notification: Click the Bell
icon at the top right of the screen and select the survey notification. - Social posts: Click the survey link shared in the social feed.
- URL link: Click the shared survey link to open the survey page.
- QR code: Scan the QR code using any scanning app to open the survey page.

Survey app: Navigate to Apps > Surveys to respond within the app.
Submit your survey responses
Navigate to the Apps > Surveys.
The “Surveys to be Submitted” section is available at the top. This section is available only if you are assigned a survey.
- In the “Surveys to be Submitted” section, click Respond on a survey.
- Click START to open the survey.
- Provide your responses to the questions.
- Click SUBMIT once you complete the survey.
You can also save your responses and continue later if required.
📒Note: After submitting the survey, you cannot edit your responses.
View your past responses
After submission, you can review your responses for previously completed surveys.
- Scroll down to the “My Past Responses” section.
- Click View Response on a survey.
📒Note: If a survey has an end date and it is not submitted before the deadline, you cannot access missed surveys.
