It highlights positive feedback and critical issues, helping you quickly understand the feedback without reading every individual response. ###### Navigate to **Apps \> 360 Feedback \> Overview**. 1. From the drop-down, select a team (for managers) or select **My Org** (for admins). 2. Under “Completed Reviews”, click **Reports**. 3. Scroll down to the **COMMENTS** section. 4. Click the **Marissa ![Marissa 5@2x (2)-2](https://help.engagedly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Marissa%205@2x%20(2)-2.png?width=18&height=20&name=Marissa%205@2x%20(2)-2.png)**icon for the required section or subsection.   **📒Note:** The screenshot reflects the admin view.      5.   Click **SAVE** to save the summarized responses, or click **REGENERATE** if you are not satisfied with the summary. 📒**Notes:** - Once you save the summary, you cannot regenerate it. - After saving, the summary becomes visible to both reviewees and their managers. - If additional feedback is submitted for a participant after you generate the report, Marissa automatically analyzes the new comments and updates the summary when you regenerate the report. - If importance rating is enabled for the cycle, you can see which competencies, behaviors, or categories you marked as “Important.” Your selections count toward the employee’s importance rating percentage. If you left an item unchecked, it counts as not important.
