Upload and manage your certificates

The “CERTIFICATES” section on your profile keeps all your professional certifications in one place. You can manually upload any certificate you earn, and if your organization enables certificate auto-sync, certificates you complete through the Learning app appear here automatically.

Upload a certificate

Upload a certificate to your Engagedly profile.

  1. Log in to Engagedly.
  2. Click your profile picture at the top right.
  3. Select My Profile.

The “About” tab opens by default and displays your profile information. Other available tabs include Work Profile, Performance, 360 Feedback, Feedback, Learning & Development, Documents, and Engagement.

  1. Scroll down to the CERTIFICATES section.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Enter the certificate name and issuing authority.
  4. Click ATTACH and select a file.
  5. Set the certificate issue date.

📒Note: The expiry date is optional. Leave it blank, or select "This certificate does not expire" if it does not apply.

     6.   Click UPLOAD.

The uploaded certificates appear in the “CERTIFICATES” section.

📒Notes:

  • Managers can also add certificates of their direct reports. Go to Home > My Team, select the employee, and scroll down to the CERTIFICATES section to upload a certificate for them.
  • If your organization enables auto-sync, certificates earned through completed learning paths appear in this section automatically. You don't need to upload these manually.

Manage uploaded certificate

Edit or delete uploaded certificates at any time.

  1. Go to the CERTIFICATES section in the About tab.
  2. Hover over the certificate you want to manage.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Click the Download undefined-May-02-2026-04-00-38-6498-PM icon to export the certificate to your local drive.
    • Click the Edit edit grey-3 icon to update the certificate or its details.

    • Click the Delete Delete Grey icon to remove the certificate.

📒Note: The download icon appears only if a certificate has an attached file.
